Copyright & Takedowns
AUTO MIX is a processing tool — you provide the audio and are responsible for having the rights to it. We respond to valid copyright complaints and remove infringing material.
Before you file
Uploaded files are automatically deleted after about 7 days and generated mixes after about 30 days, so specific material is usually gone on its own within days. A finished mix lives at a private, unguessable link that is only shared if the person who made it shares it.
Filing a notice
If you believe content available through the Service infringes a copyright you own or represent, email hello@automix.app with:
- Your name, and the rights-holder you represent (if not yourself).
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.
- The specific URL(s) on the Service (e.g. a
/m/…mix link). - Your contact details (email, and a phone number if possible).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We aim to act on complete, valid notices promptly.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your signature.
Repeat infringers
We terminate access for anyone who repeatedly makes infringing use of the Service.
